Payment Terms
You need to make a 10% deposit with the remaining balance due six weeks before your arrival. We accept bank transfers from New Zealand dollars or credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), converted into Australian Dollars using ourCook Islands’ Commonwealth Bank “Sell Rate” on that day of processing

Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may want to cancel your reservation at any time, but please be aware of our cancellation policy before doing so. If it is less than six weeks prior arrival then we offer full refund less an admin fee (10%). Between 1-42 days before arrival or no shows will not qualify for anything other than distance traveled; however if there’s ever doubt in regards what kind hearted gift idea might suit someone better perhaps consider purchasing travel insurance instead!
